Key: enum.seuMethod

Defines the method used to determine which buildings qualify as Significant Energy Use (SEU) under ISO 50001. The selected method, combined with its numeric parameter stored in clientEnms.seuMethodParameter, is applied automatically to derive the current SEU building set from actual consumption data.

Values

ValueDescription
topNThe top N buildings by total energy consumption are included in the SEU set. The parameter stores N (e.g. 5 means the 5 highest-consuming buildings).
percentageThresholdBuildings whose individual consumption exceeds X% of the total energy use of all buildings are included. The parameter stores X.
coverageTargetBuildings are added in descending order of consumption until they collectively cover X% of total energy use. The parameter stores X.
