Enum - GaugeSourcePriority

Defines the priority order in which reading sources — remote telemetry, manual input, and invoice/billing data — are trusted when more than one source reports a value for the same period. Used on gauge.sourcePriority (per-gauge override, nullable) and client.defaultSourcePriority (tenant-level default, always set). New in EM3 — EM2 only had a boolean flag (Gauge.remoteAsPrimary) distinguishing two priority orders; EM3 generalises this to all 6 permutations of the three sources. Stored as a string in the database.

System default value (used by client.defaultSourcePriority when a tenant hasn't changed it): remote_manual_invoice.

Scope of this ordering. This priority set governs only the three sources that genuinely compete for trust — remote, manual, and invoice. The calculated source (see Enum - ReadingSource) is produced by the system itself rather than reported by an external channel, so it does not participate in this trust ordering. Resolution between a calculated reading and the three ranked sources above follows a separate, fixed rule defined as part of reading source resolution — not an additional permutation of this enum.
