Enum - ConsumptionKind

Key: enum.consumptionKind

What a stored consumption value expresses: a measured quantity or an amount of money. It is part of the composite identity of a consumption row, so a gauge can carry a quantity series and its two money series over the same intervals without them colliding.

Cost is stored alongside consumption rather than in a table of its own because both are the same shape — a value per 15-minute interval per gauge — and every summary, comparison and chart reads them together.

Values

ValueUnit familyDescription
consumptionphysical (kWh, m³, kW)A measured or derived quantity: energy, volume or power. type says which quantity.
costWithVatcurrency (CZK)Money including VAT, spread from an invoice over the interval it covers.
costWithoutVatcurrency (CZK)Money excluding VAT, spread from the same invoice over the same intervals.

Relationship to the invoice-side value kinds

Enum - InvoiceValueKind names the same three concepts (plus power) on the invoice itself, where they are totals for the whole billing period. ConsumptionKind names them on the time series derived from those totals. The two sets are deliberately separate: an invoice records what was billed, a consumption series records how that amount is distributed in time.
