Who carries the responsibility for the imbalance (odchylka) at the supply point. New attribute from Confluence feature id26 (PXE), attribute 12. Shown for electricity VN / VVN and for gas medium- and large-scale supply points. Customers who are not a balance-responsible party fill in withTakeover.

Values

Value	Description
withTakeover	S převzetím — the supplier takes over the imbalance responsibility for this supply point. The usual case for customers who are not a balance-responsible party.
withoutTakeover	Bez převzetí — the customer (or their balance-responsible party) carries the imbalance responsibility.
