Enum - BuildingArchiveReason

Key: enum.buildingArchiveReason

Defines the reason why a building was archived (soft-deleted). A reason must be selected when archiving a building. The value is stored on the building record and is visible in the archived buildings list to help administrators understand why each building was removed from active management. Archiving is the recommended end-of-life action — permanent deletion is only available for buildings with no measurement history.

Values

Value	Description
saleDemolition	The building was sold to a third party or demolished. The organisation no longer owns or manages the property.
transfer	Management responsibility was transferred to another entity — e.g. another organisation, department, or system.
outOfScope	The building was excluded from the energy management scope — e.g. it no longer meets the criteria for inclusion in EnMS reporting.
other	Any other reason not covered by the values above.
