Enum - BuildingType

Key: enum.buildingType

Defines the physical and functional category of a building node. The type controls which sections and fields are displayed in the building form — address fields, energy parameters and lighting-specific fields are shown or hidden based on this value. The type is set at creation and cannot be changed without a special administrative role, as it affects the entire structure of the building record.

Values

Value	Description
building	A standard physical building — school, office, residential block, administrative centre, etc. Full address fields and energy parameters are shown.
publicLighting	A street lighting system or public lighting network. Address fields are hidden; lighting-specific fields appear (number of control cabinets, light points, light points with photovoltaic panels).
other	Any object that does not fit the categories above — infrastructure nodes, technology facilities, etc. Address fields are shown; lighting-specific fields are hidden.
