Enum - BuildingLevelType
Key: enum.buildingLevelType
A UI hint that describes the organisational or physical role of a building node within the hierarchy tree. The value is optional and not enforced as a structural constraint — a node can exist at any position in the tree regardless of its level type. The primary purpose is to help the UI render the tree correctly and allow users to filter or navigate by level.
Values
| Value | Description |

portfolio | Top-level grouping across multiple unrelated locations. Typically the root node for a tenant managing buildings in different cities or regions. |

campus | A group of physically co-located buildings on a single site — e.g. a school campus, hospital complex, or industrial park. |
building | A single physical building. The most common leaf-level node for organisations without sub-building tracking. |
floor | A specific floor or horizontal zone within a building — used when energy tracking is needed at sub-building granularity. |
unit | An individual unit, space or tenant area within a building or floor — e.g. an apartment, office suite, or retail unit. |
