Entity: gaugeCoefficient

Superseded. This entity carried two unrelated factors under one kind column: a correction of what the meter reports, and a conversion of fuel into energy. They have different origins, different owners and different change frequencies, and only one of them needs a history per reading source. They are now two entities:

• volumeCoefficient — the meter correction, per gauge, with one validity history per reading source.
• calorificValue — the fuel-to-energy factor at gauge or client scope, and defaultCalorificValue at platform scope.

The kind column disappears with the split, and so does Enum - GaugeCoefficientKind.
