Glossary

Domain words as this project uses them, one ### per term, alphabetical. Each entry is a definition, a Not: line where there is something to confuse it with, and a link to the page that owns the thing. Playbook vocabulary (overlay, DAT, API-A, …) is defined in SKILLS/GLOSSARY.md and is not repeated here.

Odečet (reading entry)

Everything read on one gauge at one moment: the values of every tariff, direction and channel, together with the note and the supporting documents. It is what a user enters in the Nový odečet form and what one row of the Přehled odečtů table shows. Stored as a readingEntry plus its reading rows; owned by Reading Management.

Not: one row of reading — that is a single value of a single series (for example the high tariff), and a two-tariff meter with feed-in produces three of them for one odečet.
