Entity Type: Database table

Description: A reportTemplate represents a named, manually assembled report consisting of an ordered list of reportBlock records (charts, tables, text). Unlike dashboardLayout (one per user), a tenant can have any number of reportTemplates, and any user within the tenant can view and use any reportTemplate belonging to that tenant — templates are shared within a tenant, not private to their creator. Audited fields

Recorded on created (in full), updated (changed only) and deleted (in full): name.

Excluded: none.

Not registered for entityName resolution (architecture 61-audit-log.md §7.4 in the code repo: a valid, permanent state, not a gap). If registered, name is the natural candidate. Unlike dashboardLayout, a tenant may have any number of report templates and they are shared tenant-wide rather than owned by one user — createdBy records who originated the template, but every tenant user can subsequently read and use it (see this entity's own description).
