Key: enum.energyBaselineSource

Identifies how a buildingEnergyBaseline value was populated. Required only for auditability — it does not change how the baseline is used in reports.

Value	Description
manual	Entered directly by the energy manager. Matches legacy EM2 behaviour.
importedFromData	Populated automatically from available consumption data rather than typed in by hand.
